Eat Up! to Fight Human Trafficking

EAT UP! COLUMBUS
Saturday, February 10
Cocktails at 6 PM
Dinner Seating at 7 PM

In the spirit of the underground supper clubs that debuted Freedom a la Cart to the Columbus dining scene, Eat Up! Columbus is a culinary adventure celebrating community, collaboration and cause cuisine.

The evening’s dinner party will showcase a team of Columbus’ top up-and-coming chefs who will prepare an innovative five-course menu complemented by drink pairings selected by award-winning mixologist Cris Dehlavi. Under the leadership of Chef Catie Randazzo (former owner of the widely popular Challah food truck and opening Ambrose & Eve restaurant in the spring), chefs will collaborate to create a unique culinary experience for guests, while supporting an important cause in our community — Freedom a la Cart’s work to empower and employ survivors of human trafficking in Central Ohio.
